7-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. Our 7-Day Return Policy allows you to return your order within 7 days from the date of delivery if it does not meet your expectations. Upon return, you will receive a full refund after deducting ₹1,000 per product towards delivery and processing charges.

Please note: This policy is not applicable in the following cases:

  1. Multiple Exchanges – You may exchange your jewellery once within the 7-day period for its full value. A second exchange will be processed under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.

  2. Customized Products – Items that are engraved, personalized, or made to order are non-returnable.

 


 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unworn, and in saleable condition.

  • All tags, stickers, and certificates must be intact.

  • If the product tag or packaging is tampered with, the return will be void.

 


 

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after quality approval.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).

 


 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Place a return request via your account on our website or email us at contact@myorna.net within 7 days of delivery.

  2. We will share reverse pickup instructions.

  3. Securely pack the jewellery in its original packaging, including the certificate and invoice.

  4. Loss of certificate will incur a charge of ₹2,000 or ₹850 per carat (whichever is higher).

  5. Hand over the package to the logistics partner and collect an acknowledgement (pickup receipt/photo/SMS confirmation).

  6. After quality clearance, your refund will be processed in 7 business days.

  7. Products showing signs of wear, resizing (by a third-party jeweller), or damage will not qualify for return.

  8. If the purchase was made through an EMI plan, 1% of the Grand Total will be deducted at the time of refund of the first installment.
